Alexia is a researcher and designer who uses social sciences and behavioural psychology to understand user needs best.
Faithful to her background, she values a bottom-up approach: both ethnographic / research work and UX design start with collaboration; with colleagues, users, and stakeholders. She considers UX design as a grassroots way of thinking, one that is embedded in social realities and technologies.
