Before each (re)design of a product, we do research. We design products that solve real user problems, so it's crucial to get to know those users - what problems they have, and what their goals are.

Based on the research insights, we draw task trees and user flows and organise all ideas into wireframes, which become the perfect blueprint to build on.

We design detailed screens based on the UX flows we’ve drawn out together and make sure it’s rooted in research. A clickable prototype is then built to serve as a testing tool for further validation.

Once we have a prototype, we test it with the target users to see if we are providing the solutions they want and need. Our aim is to create a software solution that users can navigate easily to achieve their goals.

We create easy-to-navigate documentation for designs and software specifications, including why and how we did something and share our knowledge with your team.
