As a designer, Caroline truly finds peace in building Design Systems and pursues consistency in everything she does.
Her main superpowers are being able to empathise with the user and listen attentively and carefully before she defines the course of action. She designs with intent and advocates on behalf of the users. Her innate positive attitude ensures she spots opportunities in all facets of the UX journey.
While she might seem (and often is) a 'master of zen', she has a great lust for life and enjoys the occasional thrill, as might become evident when you see her cruising on her motorbike around Brussels - or even in the Swiss Alps!
