User Experience Design

User experience design is about designing a positive digital experience for users. meaningful and understandable features for the users from the start and allowing them. While marketing aims to introduce people to the existence of the product, user experience design allows the user to experience the product in a positive manner at the start, at the end and everything in between.

Our proces explained

  1. Analysing the research results

Knowing your users and their environment is essential in order to craft a superb user experience. We are not scared to take a dive into your data (such as analytics), analyse it and come up with hypotheses. By both asking easy and hard questions, we challenge existing research, bring the gaps to light and form hypotheses.

  2. Generating ideas and flows

We generate ideas through co-creation while keeping the user's and your goals in mind. We push you, your team or just ourselves to explore new approaches and discover opportunities towards innovative and creative solutions. During this phase, we merge your goals, the users' needs and the power of technology into real concepts for your product.

  3. Consolidating in a plan

The user experience design is more than a concept. During this phase, we turn business requirements, the users' needs and all insights into tangible blueprints your team can actually understand. Performing task analyses, setting up the navigation and structuring the hierarchy of the content help us consolidating a plan that brings a meaningful and user-friendly product into the world.

Deliverables

Task trees & user flows

User flows and task trees describe the sequence in which tasks are completed in the product. Analysing and designing an intuitive flow makes sure users find their way through the product and can happily fulfil their tasks. These deliverables give you a first insight in how the digital product will work and will make your software engineers happy.

Wireframes

Wireframes are visual way to communicate the concept of a product and the structure of the interface components to stakeholders and the team. It looks a bit like a black and white version and some details are still missing, but they are a great way make concepts tangible.
